For Flood Damage Try

Direct Line Home insurance will protect against loss or damage caused by flooding. Under buildings, this includes damage to your home, walls, roofs, drives and patios along with permanent fixtures such as kitchen units, bathroom fittings, fitted wardrobes and outbuildings such as sheds and garages.

For contents, this includes damage to household goods, including non-permanent fixtures and fittings like carpets and curtains.

Please note that hedges, fences and gates are not covered for damage by storm or flood.

Your policy also provides cover for the cost of reasonable alternative accommodation for you and your pets should your home become uninhabitable due to flood. The maximum amount payable under buildings is £25,000. The limit under contents is £10,000 or 25% of your contents sum insured.
